Coffee Yoga Mat Sample: PU, Laser-Engraved Logo
A studio opening in Illinois asked for around 30 coffee yoga and Pilates mats with its own logo, then ordered one sample: PU and natural rubber, 183x68cm, 4.5mm.
A studio opening in Illinois asked us for around 30 coffee-colored yoga and Pilates mats, each carrying the studio's logo. They found our site, wrote to us on WhatsApp, and said they were looking for a reliable manufacturer to build a long-term wholesale relationship with.
Before committing to that quantity, the studio ordered one sample, and that sample is finished. The photo was taken at our office, so the mat you see is this sample itself. This is what went into it.
The Sample Mat: PU and Natural Rubber
The mat is PU and natural rubber, with coconut fiber in the build and a matte surface. It is a standard rectangle at 183x68cm and 4.5mm thick.
Why We Suggested the Matte Coffee Mat
The studio asked for coffee, so we recommended our coffee color with a matte finish for the sample. The matte surface is the one we chose for durability.
Custom Logo by Laser Engraving
The logo on this sample is laser engraved. The mockup was prepared and the studio approved it quickly. Per our schedule, the mockup is prepared before mass production once payment is received, so the logo is settled on paper before any mat is engraved.
The cover photo leaves the engraving out on purpose. To protect the studio's brand privacy, no logo and no studio name appear in it, so the photo shows the matte coffee face and the rolled end of the sample rather than the engraving.
Sample Time and Sample Fee
The sample took 7 days to complete, and the sample fee is USD 30. The studio will check the finished sample's color and engraving against the approved mockup before deciding on the run.
