Pilates Folding Mat Production: Inspection Before Shipment
A new batch of classic Pilates folding mats has completed production. See the maple wood, foam and microfiber leather build, and the inspection before shipment.
Sunoviz has finished a new production batch of classic Pilates folding mats. The client placed the order on 10 September, production ran on a 10-day lead time, and the full batch was completed on 20 September. The photo above was taken during quality inspection, the stage before the mats are packed and prepared for shipment.
What the Pilates Folding Mat Is Made Of
Maple wood. The mat is built on maple wood, and the folding sections are joined with metal hinges.
High-density foam. High-density foam forms the padding layer between the wood and the surface.
Microfiber leather surface. A microfiber leather top surface covers the padding.
Together, these three layers make the mat a classic Pilates apparatus.
Folding Mat Dimensions and Portability
Unfolded, the mat measures 80 x 24 x 1.8 in (203 x 61 x 4.6 cm). It folds into three sections and carries a handle.
Quality Inspection Before Packing and Shipment
The photo shows the batch laid out for quality inspection at the factory. Inspection is the step before packing, and shipment is arranged once the check is complete.
