Custom Yoga Mats: Logo, Color, Pattern & Thickness

A custom yoga mat is a normal mat with a set of choices fixed to your brand. On an OEM and ODM order, those choices are things you specify rather than options you pick from a shelf.
The Logo
A logo goes on in one of two ways: laser engraving or UV printing. Both sit on the PU surface of the mat. The choice usually comes down to the look you want for the logo on your colour.
Color and Pattern
The PU top layer carries the colour and the pattern. Because we make the mats ourselves, a custom colour or a custom pattern can be produced rather than limited to a stock range — including contrast colour and block designs.
Shape and Thickness
The mat can be made in a standard rectangle or a special shape, and the thickness can be set to any of the sizes we produce depending on how much cushioning you want. An arch-edge profile is one of the shapes in our range.
How an OEM and ODM Project Runs
The process is structured: you share your logo, colours, pattern and shape; we develop samples with your artwork for approval; then the order moves to production with the matte finish, thickness and colour fastness controlled; then packing and shipping are arranged for your market. We work with brands and distributors under NDA-protected cooperation, so designs and order details stay confidential.
