Custom PU Natural Rubber Yoga Mat Manufacturer
Sunoviz makes custom PU natural rubber yoga mats in Nanjing, China — your logo, colour, pattern and shape, with OEM & ODM support for brands and studios.
Sunoviz makes custom PU natural rubber yoga mats in Nanjing, China, for brands, wholesalers and fitness studios. We produce the mats ourselves and build each order to the buyer's brief.
What We Make
Our mats are built on a PU top over a natural rubber base: the matte PU surface stays non-slip when it is wet or dry, and the rubber base grips the floor. We also make cork yoga mats, which pair a natural cork surface with a natural rubber base.
Full Customisation
Every mat can be made to your brand: your logo applied by laser engraving or UV printing, your pattern and colour on the surface, and your choice of shape. Custom packaging is available as well, so the mats arrive as a finished product for resale.
Thickness, Colour and Shape
Our PU mats are produced at 2mm, 4mm, 4.5mm or 5mm, and our cork mats at 4.5mm or 5mm, so the feel of the mat can be set to the order. Mats come in a standard rectangle or a special shape, including an arch edge, and the colour and pattern are produced to your brand rather than taken from a fixed range.
OEM and ODM Work for Brands and Distributors
We work as an OEM and ODM partner for brands, wholesalers and fitness studios. The process is structured: you share your brief — logo, colour, pattern and shape — we develop samples with your artwork for approval, then the order moves to production with the finish, thickness and colour controlled, before packing and shipping are arranged for your market.
Confidential by Default
Cooperation is covered by an NDA. We do not disclose partner names, designs or order details publicly, so a brand's own pattern or colourway stays private to them. If you would like a mat made to your specification, send us your logo, colour, pattern and shape and we will come back with what we can offer.
